Cancellation/Weather Policy

Life happens. We understand. If you need to cancel your appointment with us, please allow for 24-hour advance notice. If not, you may be billed a cancellation fee.

The following are weather conditions that will require us to reschedule or end outside work:

• lightning within a 5 mile radius

• outside temperature below 40 degrees

• heavy rain/hail limiting visibility
